Supply and Contract Optimisation Analyst (m/f/d)

Join us as a Supply and Contract Optimisation Analyst (m/f/d) and shape the future of our supply chain. In this role, you support local sourcing, contract optimisation, and market analysis, working closely with refineries, suppliers, and cross-functional teams such as Dispatch, Trading & Supply, Logistics, Finance, and Sales & Marketing.
Your contribution helps drive cost-efficient supply operations, ensure commercial value creation, and strengthen our company's growth. At the same time, you will build expertise in an international environment where your ideas make a difference.
- Supply and Arbitrage Analysis: You support the identification and analysis of local supply and arbitrage opportunities, contributing to cost-efficient operations.
- Contract Support: You assist in monitoring, optimizing, and preparing contract negotiations under the guidance of senior managers, helping to maximize value from supplier relationships.
- Proposal Evaluation: You help assess investment and operational proposals from other departments to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You coordinate with Domestic Dispatch, Trading & Supply, and Logistics to enable smooth and efficient supply planning.
- Market Monitoring: You track market developments and identify potential sourcing or arbitrage opportunities.
- Process Improvement: You contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply and contract processes.
- Professional Background: First experience or strong interest in supply management, local sourcing, or contract optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, evaluate options, and solve problems.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, tools for contract analysis and market evaluation.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding of business drivers with an eagerness to develop further in this field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English to collaborate effectively in an international environment; German is a strong plus.
