The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) unit is a team of dedicated specialists committed to enhancing the candidate experience, and engagement, and optimizing internal processes. Equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, including Salesforce, the team develops innovative solutions to strengthen recruiting and admissions strategies, resulting in a more efficient sales strategy.

Your mission

  • Developing a clear CRM vision and roadmap that addresses the needs of the university.
  • Enhancing the customer journey and relevant touchpoints through digital products and continuous process optimization.
  • Capturing and consolidating requirements from various departments, such as our study programs, marketing, and sales, to continuously improve CRM functionalities.
  • Prioritizing features, initiating, and coordinating projects based on the needs and strategic direction of the university.
  • Translating requirements into technical requirements for the team, monitoring implementation, and potentially taking on implementation roles.
  • Analyzing existing marketing and sales business processes to optimize daily business efficiency.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT, Marketing, Sales) and external service providers to coordinate the implementation of CRM initiatives and ensure their success.
  • Providing user support as needed and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders can effectively utilize the CRM platform.


  • Suitable academic background in computer science, business informatics, business administration, marketing, sales, economics, or related fields, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably experience in leading CRM projects or a similar role.
  • Preferably experience in the university environment or human resources management.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM systems and processes, preferably with experience using Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders and understand their requirements.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and quickly identify more efficient processes.
  • Diligent, structured work with the necessary flexibility.
  • Team orientation and high self-motivation.
  • Fluent English skills are required, knowledge of German is advantageous.
