As Manager Recruiting (f/m/d) you will manage the complete candidate journey and take our recruitment operations to the next level. Exciting projects in the field of sales will complement your tasks.

This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.

Your mission

  • Supporting and advising candidates for the Master's programs throughout the entire recruiting funnel, from first contact to offering a study place
  • Proactive use of the CRM platform to ensure a targeted and high-quality approach across the entire customer journey
  • Further development and organization of innovative recruiting formats on- and off-campus
  • Participation in university fairs and events to recruit students for the Bachelor's and Master's programs combined with travel to (international) fairs and occasional weekend work
  • Supporting the Associate Director Marketing & Admissions in the further development and digitilization of recruiting


  • Completed university degree or comparable training in a relevant field of study or training area
  • First professional experience in recruiting and/or sales, preferably in a university environment
  • Initiative, flexibility and organizational talent as well as outstanding service and customer orientation
  • Confident and convincing communication in spoken and written English is required, good knowledge of German is an advantage
  • High affinity for or first experience in the use of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Careful and reliable way of working with consideration of both the detail and the 'big picture'
