  • As part of the Sales Zone team, you develop sales and maximize profitability in the assigned territory based on zip codes, applicable to all markets via appropriate sales channels and in accordance with our Go-to-Market strategy, as part of the Sales Zone team.
  • You manage day-to-day client interactions across all channels, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • You resolve issues in collaboration with other departments and manage relationship growth within assigned accounts, identifying and penetrating new customers.
  • You handle existing relationships with important customers in high-density territories, including new target customers, primarily through on-site direct client contact.
  • You develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and opinion leaders, serving as the main point of contact between the company and the clients.
  • You execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding annual sales targets by focusing on the baseline sales budget and identifying specific sales opportunities.
  • You thoroughly understand the products or services being sold to effectively communicate benefits and features, attending or organizing product shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote Eppendorf products and brand.
  • You identify tender opportunities and manage related operations in close collaboration with CustomerCare, negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutual benefit.


  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related subject, preferably with a focus on Life Sciences.
  • You have demonstrated sales record successes and have built sustainable customer relationships.
  • You possess proven experience in selling laboratory products (biotechnology) or have experience in laboratory operations, ideally for three years.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers effectively.
  • You exhibit strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • You are adept at using CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
  • You have a deep understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • You possess good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
