We are seeking a motivated, proactive Office Assistant to become an integral part of our Munich office. This position offers you the chance to be more than just an administrative assistant — you will play a key role in supporting a dynamic team responsible for various business functions. The role involves supporting the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office and day-to-day business processes. The position is now opened as a replacement for maternity leave for 2 years with potential prolongation in the future.
- Provide comprehensive support to our office and team members with daily operational tasks.
- Support the Managing Director and other senior team members, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate internal and external event organization in cooperation with the colleagues in Prague.
- Support the organization of client meetings, conferences, and internal events both within Munich and externally.
- Handle correspondence, administrative tasks, and office management duties professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation, and ensure smooth logistics for business trips.
- Maintain office technical equipment and supplies, supporting a productive work environment.
- Play an integral role in supporting various business projects and functions within the office, contributing to a positive, well-organized work culture.
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years in a similar supporting or administrative role, ideally in an international or corporate environment.
- Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and work independently with confidence.
