Bridge the Best of ILT and Digital. We're looking for a Learning Innovation Manager to lead the transformation of our global learning landscape—bringing together Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and cutting-edge digital learning to create scalable, effective, and engaging experiences. In this role, you'll combine deep instructional expertise with a passion for technology and innovation. You'll modernize how we deliver ILT, shape blended and digital-first approaches, and explore new tools and formats—from LXPs, adaptive to immersive learning.
- Redesign and elevate ILT experiences (classroom and virtual) across technical and soft skill areas
- Support in Curricular development (Diagnostics, Needs Assessement, Skills based curriculum building)
- Drive innovation in digital learning—including WBTs, blended learning, and microlearning
- Collaborate closely with global teams (incl. our Content Design Team in Chennai) to align on delivery, quality, and learner engagement
- Support in the Evaluation, piloting and implementation of new tools and platforms (e.g. LXP, AI)
- Contribute to the future vision for scalable delivery—such as Train-the-Trainer (TTT) models and trainer enablement frameworks
- Act as a learning innovation consultant across business units and functions
- 7+ years in corporate L&D with proven experience in ILT design and facilitation
- A graduate degree in (Adult) Education, Educational Science and Technology or related field
- Solid understanding of digital learning tools, platforms, and methodologies
- Experience working on blended learning strategies across international teams
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset—comfortable driving innovation and execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and functions
