The WIRTGEN INTERNATIONAL GmbH bundles the sales-supporting functions of the WIRTGEN GROUP - amongst others, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Financing and Leasing - for a purposeful support and control of the worldwide sales channels. To strengthen our Dealer Development department, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Manager - Regional Business and Dealer Development Eastern Europe and Stan (m/f/d) Key Responsibilities: Dealer Network Development: Identify, evaluate, recruit new dealers within targeted region Maintain relationships with existing dealers for long-term partnerships Conduct regular dealer assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement Define roadmap for dealer's further development and implement necessary actions to achieve goals Dealer Support and Training: Provide dealers with access to training on products, sales strategies, and company policies Develop and implement dealer incentive programs to encourage sales growth Market Expansion and Strategy: Work closely with senior management and OEMs to develop and execute market expansion strategies Analyze market trends and competitor activities Performance Monitoring: Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics Develop and implement action plans for underperforming dealers Ensure dealers meet required Dealer Standards Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with OEM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Financial Solutions, Legal and Logistics) Prepare regular performance reports and dealer development updates Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure dealers comply with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations Promote and share best practices within the dealer network Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in targeted areas Develop strategies for increasing the company's market presence Qualifications: Completed degree in mechanical engineering or economics, or many years of experience in sales of construction machinery Experience in Sales, Customer Support, dealer development, or business development, preferably in the road construction or mining equipment industry Strong understanding of the construction equipment market High level of personal and professional ethics Proven ability to develop and manage dealer relationships Fluent in English and Russian Our offer: Security: Performance-related remuneration and above-average social benefits Flexibility: Flexible working hours and the option of mobile working Growth: Opportunities for self-determined personal and professional development Diversity: Varied areas of responsibility, room to help shape the company, intercultural network Enthusiasm: Become part of a leading international group of companies Culture: Flat hierarchies, regular feedback and direct communication channels Achieve more as part of a team: Open-minded and highly qualified colleagues who enjoy their work, cohesion is a living reality with us You are interested in our job advertisement?
