Your Responsibilities
- Ensure an effective organizational structure and lead, motivate, and develop both direct and indirect reports.
- Build a sustainable organization through talent identification, coaching, succession planning, and targeted personnel development.
- Develop and implement the strategy and vision for Industrial Europe, including internal, cross-functional, and external communication.
- Contribute to the definition of the global strategy for the Industrial Business.
- Ensure consistent alignment and execution throughout the entire process - from quotation to customer delivery - involving all relevant interfaces.
- Prepare and implement an annual business plan and budget in line with regional goals and strategic directives.
- Take responsibility for short- and mid-term sales planning and achievement of financial, commercial, and profitability-related KPIs.
- Lead regional teams in Sales and Application Development with disciplinary responsibility and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships at both strategic and operational levels.
- Lead negotiations with key customers and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company to customers and market participants at a high professional level.
- Promote corporate values and leadership principles within the region and coordinate global functions, particularly in Business Development Management.
Your Profile
- Education: Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, MBA, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial business with proven leadership responsibility.
- Expertise:
- Strategy development & execution, commercial experience,
- Ability to achieve sales targets through solid knowledge in business management, customer management, relationship building, negotiation, sales planning, and problem-solving.
- Languages: Business fluent in German and English.
- Personality:
- Strong results orientation, agility, and execution capability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and independent working style.
- Outstanding communication and networking skills across functions and cultures.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
