Verisure Deutschland is seeking a talented and driven Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our Finance team in a permanent role. To strengthen our Finance department and play a critical role in driving performance and strategic decision-making within one of Europe's fastest-growing security companies.

- Lead and execute monthly closing analysis and financial reporting.
- Own the forecast (FC) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform variance analysis across business units (vs BU targets and FC) throughout the month.
- Ensure compliance with internal control processes.
- Provide support to a team of 2 Controllers, 1 FP&A Analyst, and 1 Data Analyst.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and data integrity.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles (4–5 years).
- Solid experience in forecast management and monthly closing processes (minimum 2–3 years).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.
