- Execute the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans are aligned with organizational objectives
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to inform growth initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting
- Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and externally
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
