Senior Specialist Processes & Digitalization
(male / female / diverse)
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Transformation to devise and execute a robust digitization strategy leveraging SAP S/4Hana and Microsoft 365 to streamline business processes and bolster competitiveness.
- Be an ambassador for digital transformation within our company.
- Assess and refine business processes to identify and implement improvements, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver insightful process improvement reports and presentations to Top Management.
- Maintain the integrity of process documentation, guidelines, and policies.
- Guide SAP S/4HANA adoption projects in partnership with the IT Department, overseeing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Facilitate internal education on SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation to disseminate knowledge across the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster acceptance and effective utilization of new technologies and processes.
- Conduct continuous process analysis in accordance with industry regulations and troubleshoot to enhance new processes.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of business experience in supply chain matters, ideally including 2 years with S/4 Hana and 2 years with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent project management knowledge.
- Ideally knowledge of S/4 Hana Best Practice Solutions, particularly in MM, SD, QC, CO, and FI.
- Extensive understanding of business processes across various company areas, especially in the Supply Chain area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Environment.
- Handling of project management tools, ideally related to JIRA.
- Strategic thinking, understanding technical dependencies, and analytical thinking.
