EXPERIENCE MEETS CHANGE

  • Lead HRIS implementation of Success Factors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools among HR staff and employees through training and support.
  • Identify and implement HR process automation opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Create HR dashboards and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business results.
  • Lead and mentor a team member dedicated to supporting digitalization initiatives within the HR department.
  • Maintenance and administration of our existing HR system rexx and future HRIS Success Factors.

COMPETENCE MEETS PERSONALITY

  • Experience with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, in particular Success Factors
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Good understanding of HR processes and metrics combined with a focus on digital solutions and automation
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with goal-oriented pragmatism
  • Team-orientated approach and ability to work effectively with diverse team members
  • Interest and motivation to take on a leadership role
  • Fluent German and English skills
