The Mobility Aftermarket (MA) division offers dealers and workshops worldwide modern diagnostic and workshop technology as well as a comprehensive range of automotive and commercial vehicle spare parts. Around 16,000 employees and a global logistics network ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA also offers testing and workshop technology, software for diagnostics, service training and technical information and services. The division is also responsible for the Bosch Service workshop concepts, one of the largest independent workshop chains in the world.

The Karlsruhe location has been the headquarter of the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division for over 40 years.

  • As an expert for digitalization in the Mobility Aftermarket business unit, you will make an active contribution to the digital design of business processes in quality management. You will take on the SAP consulting function with regard to SAP tables and architecture.
  • In addition, you will lead project teams that introduce new processes or adapt existing processes by applying advanced digital solutions. The focus here is on data analysis, automation and reporting.
  • Also you will be responsible for developing and designing new software systems/IT solutions by analyzing, repairing, maintaining and testing systems to create added value. You will support and train employees to increase their digital skills.
  • You will take responsibility for your specialist area and work in a highly motivated team using agile methods and tools. You will drive forward the standardization of processes and enable more automation by improving master data quality.
  • You are always up-to-date with regard to new developments and undergo further training in order to be able to utilize the benefits of digital development for quality management. They are also in regular contact with digitalization professionals from all over the world, such as the M-Level/GB-wide exchange with other digitalization professionals.
  • Last but not least, you will develop solutions for the data strategy in quality management to ensure a high level of cross-system data quality. You will work closely with the Q4.0 team on REDLake and SQL database requirements.

  • Education: University degree in business informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable course of study
  • Experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in data analysis, preparation and automation of data reporting; extensive SAP knowledge; sound IT knowledge in handling and merging/structuring big data; in-depth Excel knowledge; experience with Power BI; ETL, Python, R, SQL, Oracle Developer, KNIME, Celonis, Power Automate, SAP GUI Xt, Analysis for Excel (PIG, PG8) and Machine Learning are not just buzzwords for you
  • Personality and working style: you demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills; you are able to develop clear and convincing lines of argument and storylines that are solution- and implementation-oriented; your own initiative ensures dynamism and flexibility in entrepreneurial thinking and action; you work in a structured manner, have assertiveness and perseverance, coupled with a great curiosity for digital developments
  • Languages: very good written and spoken German and English
