Huawei's Germany Research Centers are responsible for technical research, architecture evolution design and strategic technical planning.

For our Quality & Operation Dept, Munich Research Center, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to shape process optimization and organization efficiency, to enhance our strong team spirits and passion for operation together.


  • Organization process optimization: provide in-time and professional assistance to the management of Quality & Operation to push for constant company process optimization and aim to higher efficiency as well as more comfort business process, keep high sense to recognize the actual organization operational problems and difficulties from the technical business units (internal clients)
  • Business KPI assistance: assistance to department management in terms of KPI alignment, operational roll-out, follow-ups, reports
  • Project assistance: R&D projects report preparation, data analysis, R&D projects run from start to end tracking and reminder. Service oriented mind-set to support the laboratories to reach their business goals from organizational platform perspective.
  • Local compliance assistance: assistance to the local compliance experts to support eternal local compliance and internal control projects
  • R&D laboratories operational assistance: work closely with the laboratory managers from all the technical departments to support EHS management of the research center, such as but not limited e.g. the management of materials and equipment, set-ups, regular control, laboratory safety, disposal, etc.
  • Operational administrative assistance: assistance of research center level internal/external conference and visit management, assistance to platform operation management during the daily administrative tasks (e.g. documentation management, cross department communication, project cooperation, process chart updates/optimization, department reports, etc.)

  • Completed education in the field of business administration/project management/communication or other similar study background, technical study background is a good plus
  • First work experience in operational roles as well as cross culture, cross departments, cross domain communication skills are preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international working environment
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive and solution oriented, passion for organization and process optimization
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) as must, German as plus
