As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.


We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d) to join our HR team for a limited period of two years initially. As HR Assistant (m/f/d), you will administer the day-to-day operations of our HR department. This includes the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration, and recruitment.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Assistance to our HR Business Partners with the recruitment and selection process;
  • Administration of employee benefit programs;
  • Maintenance of (digital) personnel files including application for references and issuing of contracts of employment;
  • Preparation of employment certificates, confirmations, contractual documents and working references;
  • Support in keeping our HR policies updated;
  • Arranging trainings on request and regular in-house courses;
  • Provision of HR induction to new staff, e.g., preparing and hosting our integration day and conducting feedback meetings;
  • Support of HR projects.

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable education with a focus on human resources;
  • First experience in a human resources department;
  • Good understanding of HR processes;
  • Knowledge of German labor law is welcome;
  • Empathetic and positive attitude, open to change and always willing to assist;
  • Keen attention to detail, driven by customer satisfaction and quality;
  • Enthusiasm for achieving results, with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Thriving in a collaborative team environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German;
  • Proficient in O365 apps.
