  • You will be responsible for the development and implementation of an effective sales strategy for your areas and constantly drive innovative solutions and initiatives actively and sustainably
  • You will report to the sales management and represent them confidently in all matters across all hierarchical levels
  • You will be responsible for the management, coaching and further development of 4 direct reports with a total of over 50 employees
  • You will lead the operational management of your areas and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You will set 'smart' targets for your business lines based on the company's objectives and ensure that these are consistently achieved
  • You live the values and vision of the company and anchor them sustainably in your areas
  • You will take over and support difficult customer meetings and negotiate top deals for your areas
  • You will represent the business lines at C-level and vis-à-vis all key stakeholders

  • You convince with excellent sales expertise and many years of experience in field sales
  • You already have >10 years of professional & disciplinary management experience
  • You have a degree in a relevant field or a comparable professional qualification
  • A proven and strong track record in building and leading diverse sales teams and exceeding ambitious targets is a matter of course for you
  • Your analytical skills will help you to evaluate market opportunities and the competitive landscape in a results-orientated manner
  • In addition, you have very good communication and negotiation skills and know how to inspire and motivate others for your topics at all hierarchical levels (especially C-level)
  • High level of German fluency is required
