Our client is an international privately-owned corporation (approx. 2000 employees) with global operations in the field of engineered industrial products and systems for multiple industries such as automotive, extrusion, medical or textile. Our client has been active in the US since 1983. For the well-established company including manufacturing in Charlotte/NC our client is looking for you as a Managing Director (m/f/d) Sales & Operations USA Tasks Full P&L - responsibility for the entire business in the United States Provide positive and dynamic leadership to the team (approx. 25-30 employees) Development of overall company strategy laying foundation for growth in existing and new markets Expansion and Optimization of distribution network and local sales force Implementing efficient business processes Annual budget, resource, and investment planning Direct reporting to the German HQ Requirements Engineering-degree or commercial studies with further technical education Several years of overall management experience in a manufacturing or system integration company Good knowledge in selling technical equipment with documented success Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual strength Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Charlotte/ North Carolina or willingness to relocate Fluent in English If we have aroused your interest, we look forward to receiving your documents (preferably by e-mail):
