  • Maintaining a quality assurance system for distribution partners (including Merz Affiliates), creation and update of the necessary SOPs
  • Implementation of quality improvement projects with regard to distribution partner management
  • Further development of the qualification system for global distribution partners with a focus on medicinal products and medical devices in cooperation with the units responsible for Distribution Partner Management
  • Risk-based planning and execution of audits at distribution partners (paper-based, remote and on-site)
  • Assessment of GDP and GMP relevant quality deviations (e.g. transport damages, temperature deviations, loss etc) - Responsible for usage decision
  • Responsible Person GDP accoridng to GDP Guideline and Responsible Person according to §52a German Drug Law

  • University degree in Natural science (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biology) or comparable/ Pharmacist
  • At least 7 years professional experience in Manufacture and/or quality control of Medical Devices and Medicinal Products
  • Experience in Qualification of Suppliers and/or Distribution Partners
  • Profound knowledge in GDP and GMP
  • Proficient in English (additional European languages are advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications as well as familiarity with SAP IM (Inventory Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
