  • Assume responsibility for all change & communication activities for Transformation & Operations topics within CHR

  • The global Workday implementation as one HR tool at ZEISS globally will be the main change & communication focus

  • Conceptualize, develop, and maintain tailor-made change management and communication strategies

  • Lead the development and execution of change & communication plans, materials, and activities to support the successful adoption of the new system and other Transformation & Operation HR topics

  • Build a suitable ‘change toolbox' based on state-of-art change methods and best practices

  • Identify training, change & communication needs and align with regional stakeholders to manage the change impacts associated with Transformation & Operations HR topics globally

  • Close collaboration with CHR communication lead in regards to Transformation & Operation topics

  • Provide guidance, support and coaching to regional stakeholders on change & communication


  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, etc.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in change management or communications roles.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current change management and best practices, standards and tools. Proven track record in handling complex change and transformation programs within larger international companies or other organizations.

  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives in a global organization.

  • High level of creativity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
