The EOS Group is a leading Investor and Asset Manager in the European NPL and Credit investment space. You will be a part of the Organizational Development Team of the Central Europe region. Together with our Team we are continuously looking for ways to improve internal processes in collection operations, create synergies, initiate improvement measures/projects, and connect the colleagues within the region and EOS. In your role as (Senior) Consultant you will take responsibility for discovering inefficiency in processes and initiate improvement projects, defining and analysing performance KPIs and organizing exchange formats like workshops. You will work within a dynamic team and in exchange with a lot of stakeholders in the region and EOS.
Discovering:
- Oversee and evaluate primary processes to ensure seamless and efficient performance
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics for monitoring and measuring operational performance regionally
Changing:
- Lead improvement projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within specified timelines and budgets
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Management) to streamline processes and boost productivity
Learning:
- Foster close collaboration with cross-border teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in process optimization, preferably with Lean Six Sigma certification and implementing new technologies
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful delivery
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on driving operational excellence and digitization/automation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel and fluent English proficiency
