Customer Service Representative Export Poland (m/f/d)


This challenging position gives you responsibility for dealing with international and national customer orders and for ensuring that customers receive their deliveries on time. You will need to work closely with our warehouses, the sales field team and our shipping department. Other tasks include:

  • serve as the primary contact for our international customer base
  • accepting, registering and monitoring orders in SAP, including billing
  • getting to know order platforms such as B2B and TECCOM to provide 1st level support to our customers
  • updating master data, prices and conditions in SAP
  • corresponding with our customers on the phone and by e-mail
  • tracking and monitoring backorders for customers
  • dealing with complaints and producing credit and debit notes
  • taking care of the e-commerce business in Germany
  • handling export orders according to currently valid export / customs regulations and customer requirements

  • You have received commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) for wholesale and foreign trade or forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
  • You are confident in handling SAP (SD module)
  • You have verifiable professional experience in the customer service of a medium-sized company
  • You have know-how with regard to export handling procedures
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Polish needed
  • German would be an advantage
