Team Leader Product Management in the Life Science Industry 80 - 100 % (f/m/d) Hamilton Bonaduz AG, Domat/Ems (CH) 80 - 100 % JR-3899 How you can make a difference: With your team and in close cooperation with the Global Marketing Director, respective Product Managers, the MarCom Team and other stakeholders, you: Develop and implement a strategic product management roadmap to continuously enhance the product portfolio and identify new market opportunities. Lead and develop the product management team and a technical content manager, including setting clear goals, regular performance reviews, and supporting professional development. Collaborate closely with the research and development, marketing, sales, and customer service departments to develop marketing strategies, ensuring that product development meets customer needs and leads to successful market launches. Monitor and analyse market and competitive trends to proactively respond to changes and capitalize on growth opportunities. Responsible for product lifecycle management, including launching products, pricing, positioning, and end-of-life decisions. Degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a related field, with an additional preference for a business education. Several years of experience in product management or market segment management, ideally in the life science or biopharmaceutical industry Demonstrated leadership experience, including successfully leading a team of highly skilled professionals. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to develop complex market and product strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills to persuade and influence internal and external stakeholders.
