  • Assume responsibility for all training, change & communication activities within the SAP S/4HANA deployment projects in ZEISS Vision

  • Conceptualize, develop, and maintain tailor-made training, change management and communication strategies

  • Lead the development and execution of training, change & communication plans, materials, and activities to support the successful adoption of the new system

  • Build a suitable ‘change toolbox' based on state-of-art change methods and best practices

  • Identify training, change & comm. needs and align with regional stakeholders to manage the change impact associated with the SAP deployment program

  • Function as the focal point and main facilitator between the group wide program and the segment for all training, change and communication activities

  • Provide guidance, support and coaching to regional stakeholders on training, change & communication


  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management etc.

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in change management or communications roles.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current change management and best practices, standards and tools.

  • Proven track record in handling complex change and transformation programs within larger international companies or other organizations.

  • Experience leading large-scale change initiatives in a global organization.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to manage regional training, change & communication teams.

  • High level of creativity.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
