We in the Analytics, Systems & Total Rewards team are the strategic partners of P&O.
Through in-depth analyses, we manage personnel cost growth, optimize HR processes, and develop an attractive and competitive compensation strategy. Our goal is to actively shape and implement the HR strategy with smart solutions to positively contribute to the company's success.
As a HR Compensation & Equity Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in designing and managing our equity programs, thereby significantly contributing to employee recognition and motivation.
Responsibilities
- Optimize equity programs within the overall compensation strategy to ensure competitiveness and attractiveness
- Own the equity process end-to-end company-wide as the accountable partner
- Coordinate all stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and participants
- Manage core processes such as granting, vesting, and settlement
- Calculate relevant KPIs and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders
- Act as the central point of contact for operational questions and challenges
Requirements
- Experience in equity compensation and strong knowledge of employee participation programs
- Strong analytical thinking and solid numerical skills
- Structured working style with the ability to understand, design, and optimize complex processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work confidently with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Very good English skills
