Together with IT units, business partners, and external support, we actively manage and communicate cross-functional strategic topics.

At the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) of Mercedes-Benz AG, you will actively shape the transformation of our company. We ensure transparency and foster collaboration within the strategic pillar “Radical Standardization” - through clear communication, strong branding, and targeted change management. Your contribution will be visible, relevant, and valued.

In this internship, you won't just “assist” - you'll be an integral part of the team from idea to implementation. These exciting tasks and insights await you:

  • Media Design & Content Creation: Design presentations, visuals, and templates using Canva and PowerPoint

  • Creative Support: Develop logos, backgrounds, and layouts for internal campaigns

  • Research: Gather information for communication projects and prepare engaging content

  • Print & Organization: Coordinate print orders (e.g., posters, flyers) and ensure timely delivery

  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing internal events

  • Operational Tasks: Help with day-to-day activities and respond flexibly to new requests


What you bring:

  • Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Media Design, Communication Studies, Marketing, Design, or Business Administration with strong creative skills)

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus

  • Creativity and an eye for appealing design

  • Strong German and English skills (written and spoken)

  • Hands-on attitude: you enjoy helping out at events and taking ownership of tasks

  • Organized, structured working style and team spirit

  • Interest in digital media and openness to learn new tools and technologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience in video editing, shooting, or photography

  • Skills in photo/video editing or graphic design

  • Familiarity with social media formats and trends

  • Basic knowledge of Generative AI tools for creative tasks
