You are a professional in serving international customers, are familiar with high-quality leisure products, technical or digital consumer goods, and are eager to actively shape the next phase of our growth in Europe.

As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will hold a key position in international sales and be responsible for supporting some of our most important customers. Your tasks will include maintaining existing business relationships, developing sales strategies and acquiring new customers.

  • You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the B2B countries and customers assigned to you in Europe.
  • You will find new customers and sales approaches to bring our products to our consumers.
  • Together with the sales and marketing team, you will ensure the development and implementation of product launches, channel strategies, and promotions.
  • You will be responsible for volume and sales planning at the customer level.
  • You will conduct market observation to identify market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities for our brands and work on their implementation.
  • You will work closely with the marketing, logistics, finance, e-commerce and service teams.

  • In-depth experience in supporting B2B specialist retail customers of consumer goods in Europe.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Creative and analytical thinker and problem solver who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and sets priorities.
  • Good ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and derive recommendations for action.
  • Good collaboration in an international, diverse team of colleagues, partners, other stakeholders and experts.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
  • Working from home is possible.
  • Europe-wide business trips account for about 30 percent of the job.
