For more information, please click here Description FLOCERT is looking for a senior growth leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role you will drive the development and commercialisation of new and existing services, strengthen client and stakeholder relations and build the organisation’s capability to design market-ready offerings beyond the Fairtrade core. Your responsibilities Lead Business Development across global markets and segments Develop and implement a market-driven growth strategy for certification-related and adjacent services Lead end-to-end service development from opportunity framing to pricing and go-to-market Actively contribute to early-stage product design and prototyping where necessary Establish a clear prioritisation logic and ROI discipline for new opportunities Build commercial and product literacy within BD teams through coaching and direction Maintain and expand senior relationships with clients, Fairtrade stakeholders and partners Represent FLOCERT externally in strategic negotiations and alliances Ensure close alignment with Operations for successful market delivery Your qualifications, experience and skills Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similar Several years of senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth roles - ideally in certification, assurance, sustainability or adjacent industries Recognised track record of taking services from concept to market, not only strategy or research Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environments Ability to develop others and introduce product-building discipline into existing teams Excellent communication; fluent in English (other languages an asset) What we offer Purpose-driven international environment with direct strategic impact Hybrid work model with primary presence in Bonn Culture of transparency, trust and autonomy Attractive compensation package incl. pension scheme Opportunity to shape new services and markets in a highly recognised organisation How to apply Click on the lower button “APPLY NOW!” and submit your complete application documents (motivation letter, CV, reference letters) in English.
