We're now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate Nordnet's expansion in Germany by shaping our local growth approach and identifying new opportunities. You'll join a driven, collaborative team working to build Nordnet into a leading investing brand in the German market


As a Senior growth marketing manager - Germany, you will shape and accelerate Nordnet's local growth strategy in Germany, with a focus on organic acquisition, funnel optimization, and customer activation. You'll be part of the German marketing team and partner with the central Marketing team, to localize winning strategies, uncover new opportunities, and drive measurable growth in the German market. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on experimentation, moves fast, and knows how to turn insights into scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape and localize Nordnet's growth strategy for Germany, focusing on acquisition, activation, and conversion in close collaboration with central teams.
  • Build and lead Germany's organic growth strategy, including SEO, ASO/GEO, and initiatives to increase visibility and demand across all relevant channels.
  • Identify opportunities across the acquisition funnel to address drop-offs and improve conversion and activation.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing Germany and Paid Media teams to align on channel mix, campaign priorities, and testing opportunities.
  • Manage and scale affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels to reach relevant finance and investing audiences.
  • Analyze performance data to surface insights, guide experimentation, and support continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Content Marketing Manager Germany to ensure messaging and content support growth objectives across the full journey.
  • Share local learnings, performance insights, and market trends with central teams to help shape Nordnet's broader marketing strategy.

You have a strong background in growth and performance marketing, ideally in a digital-first or fintech/financial-services environment. You combine analytical thinking with creativity, thrive in fast-moving settings, and enjoy building new initiatives from the ground up. You communicate clearly, work well across teams, and move quickly from insight to action.

You bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing across paid and organic channels, including affiliates, influencers, or partnership-driven acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and organic growth, including the use of AI tools for research and experimentation
  • Experience with analytics and funnel optimization to improve conversion and activation
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
  • Experience working in matrix or cross-functional setups
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • A test-and-learn attitude and enthusiasm for driving growth in a fast-scaling market
