  • Set and deliver the growth vision, owning key commercial and patient outcome metrics that drive long-term business success.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad of CRM, Product, Copywriting, and Clinical experts - ensuring tight alignment and high-velocity execution.
  • Shape seamless patient journeys, reducing friction and boosting engagement across every touchpoint.
  • Leverage data and experimentation to uncover insights, model performance, and guide investment decisions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership - influencing company priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes.

  • Proven experience in Growth Product, Growth Marketing, or BizOps within a B2C setting - ideally mobile, subscription, or behaviour-change products.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset - fluent in SQL, data modeling, and building financial or business models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • (Bonus) Experience with healthcare, mobile-first, or subscription-based businesses.
