1. Assist in creating reports, analyses, and ad hoc evaluations to monitor business and channel performance
- Capture business requirements and translate into data requirements
- Facilitate the development of ad hoc analyses and dashboards (e.g., Power BI reports) using diverse data sources
- Support Data Analysts with development and optimization of key performance indicators (KPI)
2. Contribution to development of predictive and statistical models to enable preparation of business decisions
- Support Data Scientists in building forecasting models (Regression, Random Forest, Neural Networks etc.) for operational and strategic planning
- Validation, monitoring and maintenance of existing models
- Assist in automating data processes using SQL and Python
- Data preparation, feature engineering and cleansing for further processing and models development
3. Enhance analytical capabilities within the marketing and sales teams to foster knowledge sharing and data-driven decision-making
- Currently pursuing a degree in natural sciences / data sciences (e.g. data science, statistics, informatics, business informaics, business mathematicsmathematics, physics or equivalent discipline)
- Good knowledge of statistics, econometrics, theory of probability, quantitative data analysis, data preparation and presentation
- Initial experience in data science or data analysis
- Methodical skills of building economic and econometric models combined with efficient programming is a plus
- Basic experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, SAS and eventually Power Apps is preferred
- Analytical mindset and a strong affinity for numbers
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Good knowledge in English and German
