As a Working Student in Controlling, you will actively support our controlling team in day-to-day operations and contribute to digitalization and system projects. You'll gain deep insights into an international environment and build a strong foundation for your future career in finance or controlling.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the controlling team in preparing analyses, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data collection, validation, and basic analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
- Maintain and update KPIs, reports, and dashboards
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes (e.g., data preparation and checks)
- Analyze cost, revenue, and investment data under the guidance of senior controllers
- Contribute to initiatives for modern controlling tools and processes
- Assist with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) activities, including data preparation, testing, and documentation
- Participate in IT, digitalization, and automation projects in a supporting role
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from controlling, finance, IT, and business departments
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a similar program
- First practical experience in finance or controlling is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and data
- High IT and system affinity, with interest in digital finance solutions
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Interest in SAP, BI tools, or data analytics is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- Hands-on experience in a professional and international controlling environment
- Active involvement in digitalization and SAP projects
