Retailer Marketing & Fleet Intern (m/f/d) at Bentley Motors Ltd.

This placement is to join the Europe Region team based in the Munich Airport Business Center in Hallbergmoos. We are responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities in Continental Europe. We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to join us in February 2026 for 6-12 months.


  • Organise and manage the on-fleeting process for all vehicles including pre-delivery inspection, registration, documentation etc.
  • Manage the timely transport, storage and allocation of vehicles for internal teams, retailers and marketing events
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to optimise routing, cost efficiency and delivery timelines
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of vehicle parts (e.g. tyres and accessories) to ensure all fleet cars remain roadworthy and event-ready
  • Maintain accurate fleet databases and status reports, ensuring full visibility of the European fleet
  • Supply Regional Marketing Managers with vehicle options by identifying suitable fleet cars and populating their loan requests for fleet planning
  • Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, assisting with logistics coordination, third-party communication and on-site organisation to ensure seamless delivery
  • Perform administrative marketing tasks including tracking performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs and preparing accurate reports
  • Point of contact for retailers on operations-related inquiries

  • Currently studying for or holding a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), further European languages, especially German, would be beneficial
  • Applicants must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt, with a strong interest in automotive operations, logistics and marketing within a luxury brand environment
  • Experience with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage
