Why Oviva?

At Oviva, we're on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We've already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland – and we're just getting started. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.

We're now hiring a Senior BI and Data Analyst in Germany to help us unlock smarter decisions through data. If you want to drive real impact in healthcare, this is your chance.

The Role

As a Senior BI Analyst, you'll play a central role in enabling data-driven care and operational excellence across our Germany business. You'll be embedded within the Business Intelligence & Data team, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop powerful models, dashboards, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and analytics to support German operations
  • Build scalable models in dbt aligned to our enterprise data model
  • Lead deep-dive analyses and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
  • Champion best practices in data storytelling, self-service BI, and standardisation
  • Contribute to OKRs and transformation initiatives that advance our mission

About You

  • Fluent in SQL with strong analytical thinking
  • Hands-on experience with dbt and tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Skilled at translating data into narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English; German language is a plus but not essential
  • You'll likely have a degree in a quantitative field (like Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering), or equivalent hands-on experience in data analytics. Certifications in BI tools or cloud platforms are a plus

What we offer

  • A chance to make real impact in transforming healthcare for the better.
  • A fast-paced, rewarding role in a purpose-driven, high-growth environment.
  • Ongoing learning with a personal development budget and growth opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, with a home working allowance to set up your ideal space.
  • Competitive salary and company pension to support your future.
  • Enhanced parental leave – because family matters.

Having a culture that people want to work in, is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:

We put the patient first, We empower our teams, We make it happen
