PiNCAMP is the camping startup of ADAC, ANWB and TCS - in Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, as well as throughout Europe. An international team of more than 80 digital experts digitises the camping industry by combining the experience and reputation of our shareholders with the speed of an agile start-up. You understand how to create sustainable growth across digital channels, e-commerce platforms, and authentic partnerships — always starting from user value.
You will lead the “Demand & Conversion” unit, aligning Marketing, Web, and App teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel user journey and to drive retention, conversion, and lifetime value.
As part of the four-member management team, you will translate company strategy into actionable growth initiatives, connecting business opportunities, product development, and marketing activation.
And as an agile leader and coach, you enable cross-functional collaboration, empower teams with clear goals and ownership, and manage stakeholders effectively.
Your Mission will be:
Define and execute the growth strategy and OKRs for our “Demand & Conversion” unit to meet ambitious revenue goals.
Foster omnichannel alignment across marketing, product, and app experiences to create a seamless and rewarding user journey.
Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention by combining data, creativity, and user insights.
Foster conversion optimization across all touchpoints (marketing, web, app) and a strong culture of data-driven learning.
Shape new product and market opportunities together with key stakeholders ADAC, ANWB and TCS and our internal teams.
Turn user and market insights into concepts for customer loyalty, benefits, and value propositions to increase repeat usage and brand preference.
A minimum of 10 years experience in B2C digital growth or product-led marketing in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
At least 5 years experience in cross-functional leadership, working closely with marketing, tech, and product teams.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, conversion optimization, and how these connect with product and UX.
Fluent in German and English; Dutch is a plus.
A passion for outdoor travel and camping is a big advantage.
