Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center in Rüsselsheim, Germany is a young, dynamic company with its roots in South Korea. The Asian vibe can be felt throughout the whole company, making it a one-of-a-kind place to work.

In order to build on the success story in Korea, Hyundai Motor Company started to open R&D Centers for all main markets worldwide. The purpose of Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center is to make sure that every Hyundai, KIA and Genesis which comes to Europe meets the demanding standards of the European customer and is adapted to the needs of that specific market.

To ensure this, we take on a wide range of research and development tasks at HMETC with a motivated team from many countries and cultures. These tasks cover the areas of Powertrain, Vehicle Development, Planning & Project Management, Electronic Systems, Commercial Vehicles, Design and a wide range of tasks in Corporate Functions for all three of the Group's strong brands.

To start shortly, we are currently seeking a

Working Student for Corporate Communications (M/F/D)

Department: HR
Team: HR Operations & Projects
Working hours: 20 hours / week

• Contributing to various HR marketing, employer branding, and general HR initiatives by supporting ongoing projects and proposing fresh ideas
• Content Creation & Editing: Supporting the development of internal communication materials (e.g. intranet posts, corporate email communication) and assisting in creating engaging content for HR campaigns and employer branding efforts (e.g. social media, website)
• Design & Visual Communication: Creating visual assets for HR communications (e.g. posters, presentations, flyers, videos, graphics, giveaways) and ensuring brand consistency across all HR materials
• Event Support: Help plan and execute HR-related events (e.g. company events, onboarding sessions, employee engagement activities, CSR initiatives)

• You are studying at a university in a field related to Communications, Marketing, Media Management, Public Relations, or Design.
• Your creative and pro-active working style is a part of your profile.
• You are passionate about working in a team and are interested in collaborating with people of different backgrounds.
• You enjoy working in projects and at the same time show a hands-on mentality.
• You have gained first experience with design concepts and are ideally familiar with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• You are able to show your great communication skills in German and English language in speaking and in writing.
• You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and related applications.
