Your Responsibilities:

  • Take over responsibility for production / planning topics in various projects, such as e.g. SAP PP rollouts
  • Conduct business processes and fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into actionable tasks
  • Define and refine product features in collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams under strategic guidance of the product owner
  • Facilitate communication between involved stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with business requirements
  • Take care of customizing setup, functional design for development tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work packages
  • E2E ownership of new functionalities: conduct IT test after implementation, provide key user training, support business during UAT and create documentation
  • Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements
  • Coordinate with external partners and support resource planning for operational activities
  • Coordinate and support incident management activities, including resolution tracking and communication with users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and E2E processes
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in daily operations


Your ideal profile:

  • 2/3+ years Minimum experience in SAP PP implementations. Related SAP areas (MM, PP/DS,…) is an advantage
  • Expertise in working in complex manufacturing and supply chain projects
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Functional Expertise: deep understanding of production and production planning and execution processes, including MRP and planning strategies, raw material availability check, batch management and integration to other modules and systems (MM, WM, SD, BW, MES).. Proficient in business process mapping, configuration, and user training
  • Communication and Project delivery: ability to engage with stakeholders, conduct workshops for requirement analysis, draft functional specifications, customizing setup, IT module testing, support user acceptance testing, go-live and hyper care phases
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • German knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Ability for project-related and global travel
