Tianma Microelectronics has a subsidiary in Europe since 2004 already. Tianma Europe is 100% responsible for sales, marketing, quality and logistic support of Tianma's LCDs in Europe. It provides a wide range of display solutions, including professional LCD TFTs, passive LCDs and capacitive touch displays. Combining world-class technology with Tianma's state-of-the-art facilities, it offers high quality products to it's customers in multiple markets including automotive, medical and industrial.

To reinforce our European Sales Operations Team based in Duesseldorf we are looking for a highly motivated

Manager SCM (f/m/d)

As a valuable member of the Sales Operations Team, you will lead our SCM and Logistic Team and will manage our production planning and procurement with a profound knowledge of supply chain processes paired with a positive attitude and high engagement. Together with our Internal Sales Team and Production Team in China you will drive process improvements and enhancements that promote efficiency, quality and customer service.


  • Team leader for SCM and logistics team, involved in day-to-day business and taking on tasks within the team
  • Responsible in demand/supply planning and shipments from Asia
  • Monthly reports for Management and Sales Team
  • Communication with Supplier and Forwarders in Japan and China to organize shipments by air and sea
  • Performs supply chain functions including forecast, production planning and procurement
  • Releasing and monitoring Purchase Orders to our factories
  • Tracing Deliveries from factory, in-coming to our warehouse, schedule to sales
  • Negotiation and coordination with factories and/or sales departments for deliveries
  • Manage inventory targets and parameters within ERP- system Oracle Fusion Cloud

  • Degree in business administration, a commercial education as foreign trade merchant or similar with mini-mum 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, planning or operation, handling of technical goods
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Good command of the English and German language
  • Drive for results and quality oriented
  • Ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity
  • Advanced Excel skills, very good knowledge of MS Office, familiar with ERP and CRM systems
