- Analyze, conduct and opine on economic feasibility and financial viability of PPP-, infrastructure- , telecommunication or renewable energy projects
- Prepare and review financial models to assess project viability, optimize capital structures, and evaluate risk-return profiles in line with project specific requirements
- Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions across sectors and take in active role in the Finance Working Groups
- Engage and negotiate with funders the debt term sheets with the objective of obtaining committed financing offers
- Participate in and negotiate with the project team and the Funders the final credit documentation at Financial Close
- Review and comment on the due diligence reports on the commercial/financial aspects of projects
- Liaise with various advisors and other working groups throughout the tender phase and support in the preparation of the finance section of bids
- Actively engage in various Asset Management activities in terms of asset valuation, reporting, assessment of value creation and refinancing opportunities within the existing asset portfolio
- Relevant professional experience in bank / infrastructure funds or concession division of construction companies
- Sound knowledge of project financing and related structures
- Proven track record and experience in negotiating project finance structures
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German is considered as a plus
- Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy
