We are a team of approximately 1,750 colleagues with the mission to ensure the reliable and affordable supply of high-quality medicines. Aristo Pharma was founded in 2008 through the merger of several traditional German pharmaceutical companies. Today, the group includes a headquarters in Berlin, its own logistics center, five production sites in Germany and Spain, as well as international sales locations. We market generics, prescription original products, and OTC products in 14 countries, making us a well-established player in the pharmaceutical market.

To support our Portfolio Management and Business Development department, we are looking to fill a permanent position at our Berlin location as soon as possible for a:

Business Development Manager (m/w/d)


  • Scouting, analyzing, and evaluating new products, development projects and business fields, considering technical and commercial feasibility within the framework of the corporate strategy.
  • Negotiating licensing projects and development cooperations, including contract drafting in collaboration with the responsible departments.
  • Managing projects (planning, steering, controlling relevant pharmaceutical and commercial project components).
  • Assisting with patent research and creating risk assessments for market launches.
  • Close collaboration with international sales companies and the portfolio development team to establish the group-wide product portfolio.
  • Participating in national and international congresses, trade fairs, and events.

  • Successfully completed degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong team and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
  • High level of commitment and initiative in business deals, coupled with resilience.
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken (additional foreign languages are beneficial).
  • Willingness to travel of at least 25%.
