Teamleader Risk-controlling (m/w/d)
- Act as Team Leader for the Risk Controlling team, managing and guiding the team while fostering its further development
- Lead the drafting and further development of the Bank-s risk strategy, risk inventory, and initiatives to foster a strong risk culture
- Take ownership of local regulatory reporting, including risk-bearing capacity reports, management reports, and disclosure reports
- Oversee ICAAP with a primary focus on the normative perspective
- Serve as the central contact person for all aspects of holistic risk management regarding internal and external topics or inquiries
- Define methodology, monitor, and report on the relevant risk categories such as credit, market, and operational risks
- Prepare internal reporting within the regular processes to specific committees and to the management or the head office of the Bank of China Group
- Take a leading role / project management responsibility in internal projects, e. g. implementing new regulatory or internal requirements
- Carry out analyses on selected specific topics (e. g. approaches to improving portfolio structure).
- Successfully completed degree in economics or mathematics, ideally with several years of professional experience in a bank or an auditing/consulting firm
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Proficient in using MS Office programs, particularly Excel
- Independent and results-oriented working style
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured approach
- Excellent command of German and English
