The team of the Nordex Global Technical Academy develops, coordinates, and conducts technical training for Nordex wind turbines. Service technicians, customers, and service providers are trained here - our training covers a wide range from plant operation to maintenance and troubleshooting. For this purpose, we have an academy at our location in Norderstedt, city border to Hamburg. with a 1,600 m² training hall, which includes various technical components of Nordex wind turbines as well as two complete nacelles. As a Training Coordinator for the Academy, you will be part of the Training Coordination Team and the first point of contact for our Regional Training Academies and Training Centers and our internal Technical Trainer and Development Team.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Coordinate and implement technical trainings (Blended Learning, Virtual Classes, and Classroom Trainings), ensuring demand-oriented planning within the Nordex Global Technical Academy.
  • Align with regional training teams to assess needs and support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with specialist departments, regional training teams, internal stakeholders, and service providers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Advise internal customers and regional coordinators on training offerings and processes.
  • Alignment with service providers (process agreements, quality assurance, etc.)
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of scheduled training data in the Learning Management System and oversee all related administrative processes
  • Bring forward your own improvement suggestions and take part in initiatives that boost efficiency


  • Degree in HR, business, education, or similar; or vocational training with relevant experience
  • Several years of proven experience in coordinating training, educational initiatives, or events.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities, complemented by a proactive approach and a strong can-do attitude
  • Structured, analytical, and customer-focused working style
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in adult education/pedagogy and a technical interest is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
