Position Description

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and program management while working in a global life sciences company? Then this role is perfect for you. As a Working Student in our QIAbase Program Management Office (PMO), you will actively support our digital transformation initiatives and contribute to impactful projects.

  • You take ownership of standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, helping the team make data-driven decisions.

  • You are responsible for updating program and project plans, including task management and follow-ups.

  • You ensure quality checks are carried out, take corrective actions when needed, and handle administrative tasks with accuracy.

  • You support the Program Management Office with a variety of tasks and contribute to taskforce activities that drive the program forward.


Position Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • You have strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with JIRA or MS Project is a plus.

  • You enjoy analyzing data, spotting trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.

  • You ideally already have experience in project or program management through internships, student jobs, or university projects.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in German (advanced) and English (fluent), both written and spoken.
