Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support to the Project Manager.

Support multiple strategic programs and central initiatives to ensure that their delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget

Organize, prepare for, and participate in cross-departmental meetings to steer programs

Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence

Support our annual cross-ZEISS Digital Roadmapping process to identify digital synergies across different business units at ZEISS and contribute to presentations

Help to develop and maintain program management documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments

Currently enrolled and successfully completed at least 2 years of study, preferably in business, natural sciences, informatics, or (business) engineering, with good university grades

Initial experience (e.g., via internships) in the corporate world, tech industry, or management consulting preferred

A passion for digital technologies, innovation, transformation, and a keen interest in our diverse products and markets

Experience in managing and steering work packages

Strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Proactive with a goal- and output-oriented approach, and a "can do" attitude
