Finance and Administrative Manager
Location : Frankfurt am Main | Fulltime | UnlimitedFinance (75%)
- Oversight of the Finance & HR Department, including direct management of one team member and reporting directly to the CFO France.
- Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
- In-depth analysis of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts to provide insights and performance commentary.
- Full responsibility for VAT declarations and compliance.
- Management of intercompany reconciliations, bank postings, and timely vendor payments.
- Continuous monitoring of customer receivables and proactive follow-up to ensure timely collections.
- Processing and settlement of employee travel expenses claims.
- Asset accounting and maintenance of the fixed asset register.
- Providing cross-functional administrative and operational support within the Finance department.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and HGB standards.
- Contribution to the annual budgeting process.
Human Resources (25%)
- Drafting employment contracts, preparing documentation, and coordinating employee onboarding processes.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the employee database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to labor law regulations and internal HR policies.
- Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various HR functions.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and HR related activities.
- Solid understanding of Value Added Tax and accounting principles under HGB and IFRS.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
