Manager Compliance & Internal Control
You will be part of the company's Compliance & Internal Control department. You will support the company's Compliance Officer and the company's Senior Manager Compliance & Internal Control in the local and European wide dealing with the company's policies and regulations, the education and training of employees, the monitoring of company's and employee's activities, the identification of non-compliant behaviour and the advising on all compliance-relevant issues. Furthermore, your main tasks will include:
- Development of the existing compliance management system, including the creation and improvement of local policies, process specifications and the internal control system.
- Regular assessment of the current situation and optimization of all processes.
- Conducting compliance interviews and audits of employees and business partners in accordance with the relevant guidelines.
- Preparation and execution of compliance-related reporting activities.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the field of compliance in an international organisation.
- Qualification in compliance management.
- Preferably an academic degree in law, business law or business administration.
- Experience in the planning, implementation, coordination, and supervision of a compliance management system.
- Achievements in education and training of employees in the field of compliance matters.
- Ability to understand complex topics and explain them in a comprehensible way to nonspecialist persons.
- Excellent communication skills and attitudes to support a multinational team.
- Safe handling of common MS-Office applications.
- High level business English skills in terms of both speaking & writing.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Japanese language skills are a plus.
