  • Responsible for delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation services (EMEA, APAC, AMER) in alignment with business demands and within agreed SLAs

  • Ensure SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service

  • Maintain and enhance the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool

  • Lead migration assignments within the Workload Automation domain

  • Update documentation regularly, ensuring that connections and processes are in place between all services while decreasing overlaps between services provided by various teams in the Workload Automation domain

  • Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions

  • Keep in close touch with external entities involved in the Workload Automation domain


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in the field Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT industry

  • Profound experience with Workload Automation Tools

  • Extensive understanding of service delivery according to ITIL standards

  • Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks

  • Ability to make decisions within role responsibilities

  • Proactive work approach and ability to collaborate in an international environment

  • Excellent communication skills in English
