Head of CoE Talent and Organization (w/m/d)
Global Industry Player, DACH Region/Europe
In this exciting role, you will design and build all global HR processes for Talent Management, Succession Planning and global Training Center and Organizational Development (as part of the global transformation) from the scratch, with a focus on Performance Management. You will take on the challenging task of merging a decentralized landscape into a unified, high-performance structure – from strategic conception to operational implementation. You will work closely with local HR Business Partners and other experts to introduce global standards while integrating regional specificities. You will motivate, develop, and lead your own team, creating an environment where pragmatic solutions, quick decisions, and measurable success take center stage.
You are an experienced HR professional who feels at home with conceptual work and enjoys end-to-end responsibility while delivering real impact. Your confident presence helps you quickly earn trust. You know how to position yourself and your teams, deliver results, and take measurable accountability for your outcomes. You convince at all hierarchical levels through steadfastness and communication talent. You bring solid experience in Performance Management and leadership development, understand the particularities of an established industrial environment, and are skilled at successfully navigating matrix structures. Your leadership style is characterized by clarity, flexibility, and simultaneous sensitivity for people in the changing, intercultural environment. You are fluent in German and English and know how to effectively drive talent and organizational development projects on a global scale.
