We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with responsibility for our European business. This role combines hands-on sales management and coordination of European distribution markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial expertise and passion for advancing infectious disease diagnostics in the European market.
Head of Sales Europe (m/f/x)
- Being responsible for the sales of altona Diagnostics´ products and diagnostic solutions in Europe
- Drive business in designated region
- Manage both teams in direct markets and handling European distributors to ensure high performance
- Interact with our European subsidiaries, introduce new products and solutions, identify and support best sales practices
- Establish and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders in clinical diagnostic labs in Europe
- Identify successful sales approaches and develop market strategy including forecasting and budgeting
- Represent altona Diagnostics at international conferences and trade shows
- University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification
- Experience and proven track record in sales of molecular diagnostic products in European markets
- Clear communication of scientific or clinical concepts
- Self-motivation with strong organizational skills
- Ambition to build up and expand business in dynamic company environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe and a valid category B driver's license
- Reliability and convincing and engaging demeanor at all levels of the company
- Outstanding negotiation and strong sales closing skills
- Fluent business English and German proficiency in a both spoken and written
