Our European headquarters are located in Rellingen (northwest of Hamburg). We have approximately 800 dedicated employees working in our offices across Europe, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.

To enhance our finance team at our headquarters in Rellingen near Hamburg we are looking for a:


Accountant (m/f/d)


Accounts Receivable (Debitorenbuchhaltung):

  • Posting of bank statements
  • Dunning and reminders
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Account management and reconciliation

Accounts Payable (Kreditorenbuchhaltung):

  • Booking and payment of incoming invoices

Travel & Credit Card Expense Management (AMEX):

  • Review and posting of travel expense reports
  • Booking of credit card statements

Asset Accounting:

  • Maintenance and booking of fixed assets
  • Preparation of fixed asset register (Anlagenspiegel)
  • Reconciliation during monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Lease Accounting (IFRS 16):

  • Recording and ongoing valuation of lease contracts
  • Creating lease postings in SAP (REFX module)

Liquidity & Reporting Support:

  • Backup support for liquidity planning

Other Accounting Tasks:

  • Posting transactions for Japanese bank accounts
  • Reporting of withholding tax (Quellensteuer)

  • Completed commercial training or academic degree in economics
  • Professional experience in accounting appropriate for the position, ideally in an international environment
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Numerical skills, analytical and process-oriented approach to work, and accuracy
  • Communication skills and team spirit
  • Experience in working with SAP S4 / HANA is a plus
  • Confident handling of MS Office 365, especially MS Excel
