The employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.We're looking for a talented Manager Pricing & Steering to join our Trade Management team. You will play a important role in our organization by creating pricing guidelines to boost business growth. You will analyze key performance indicators and team up with cross-functional teams to enhance cargo distribution.
- Develop and implement pricing guidelines that maximize contribution and ensure full vessel utilization
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer transactions to inform pricing decisions
- Cooperate with business teams to gather market feedback and drive business growth
- Manage projects, such as digitalization and automation, to improve trade management processes
- Work closely with Cargo Control to distribute slots on single ship systems and coordinate with different Trade Management departments
- University degree or close qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Sales, Trade Management, or Revenue Management
- Solid understanding of functional processes within the transportation industry
- Analytical, structured, and efficient working style
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong English skills (business level), as all communication is conducted in English
